• Only for lifting of stock through Level-I & State Level H & T Contractor.
• Lifting Officer to issue the Acceptance Note with despatch of stock through H & T Contractor.
• RRC/RRC-cum-DSC In-charge to confirm the receipt in the Note.
• Note after entry by RRC/RRC-cum-DSC In-charge to be returned to Lifting Officer through H & T Contractor.
• Non-return of Note- No further delivery of stock
